Angela L. Dazzio is an Associate of the Hamburger Law Firm and also serves as Counsel with MarketCounsel, an affiliated business, regulatory, and compliance consulting firm for entrepreneurial investment advisory firms nationwide.

Previously, Ms. Dazzio worked in Manhattan as an Operations Consultant at a large midtown staffing firm.  She then went on to run her own company in Florida, operating seven retail locations.  During law school, Angela served as a law clerk in private practice.

Angela is admitted to the bars of New Jersey and Florida.

Angela earned her undergraduate degrees from University of South Florida, graduating cum laude with a Bachelors’ degree in Business Administration as well as another Bachelor's degree in Management. She also earned minors in Economics and Marketing. As a result of her studies, she was a Provost’s Scholar and was granted membership in the Golden Key International Honor Society. Angela went on her earn her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law, as well as an MBA from Stetson University DeLand. During law school, she was awarded the National Association of Women Lawyers Outstanding Law Student Award and served as President of the Business Law Society and a Stetson Ambassador.

Angela lives in northern New Jersey.
